1. Currency and Pricing All prices listed on our website are in Indian Rupees (INR). The price you see on the product page and at checkout is the final price for the item.

4. Cash on Delivery (COD) We understand that you may prefer to pay at the time of delivery.

  • Serviceability: COD is available for most pin codes across India. However, its availability is dependent on our courier partner's serviceability in your specific location.

  • Confirmation: You can check for COD availability by entering your pin code on the product page or at checkout.

  • Payment: If you select COD, please ensure you have the exact cash amount ready at the time of delivery, as our delivery agents may not carry change.

5. Payment Security Your security is our top priority.

  • All online payments are processed through Razorpay, one of India's leading, secure, and encrypted payment gateways.

  • Navkanj (SHRI SAHIB JI ENTERPRISES) does not store any of your sensitive payment information (like credit card numbers or CVV) on our servers. All information is transmitted directly to the payment gateway's secure servers.

  • Billing Name: Please note that the charge on your bank or card statement will appear under our company name, "Navkanj" or "SHRI SAHIB JI ENTERPRISES".

6. Payment Failures In the rare event that a payment fails, but the amount is debited from your account:

  • Don't worry. This usually happens due to a connection error with the bank.

  • Automatic Refund: Our payment gateway, Razorpay, will automatically identify such failed transactions and initiate a refund.

  • Timeline: The debited amount will be refunded to your original payment method (bank account, card, or wallet) within 5-7 business days, as per your bank's processing times.

  • If you do not receive the refund within this period, please contact us at support@navkanj.in with your transaction details.
