Return & Refund Policy
Your satisfaction is our priority. At Navkanj, we want you to love what you wear. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we've made our return process simple, fast, and free.
We offer a 7-day return and exchange policy. You have 7 days from the date your order is delivered to request a return or exchange for any reason—whether it's a sizing issue, you changed your mind, or in the rare case of a defect.
To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item(s) must meet the following conditions:
The product must be in its original, unused condition.
It must be unworn, unwashed, and undamaged.
All original tags and labels must be attached and intact.
The item(s) must be returned in the original Navkanj packaging.
Non-Returnable Items:
Items marked as "Final Sale".
Accessories.
We offer two simple ways to start your return:
Option 1: Via Our Website (Recommended)
Log in to your Navkanj account on our website.
Go to the "My Orders" section.
Select the order containing the item(s) you wish to return.
Click on the "Request Return/Exchange" button.
Follow the on-screen instructions to select your items, reason, and preferred resolution (Refund or Exchange).
Option 2: Via Email If you prefer, you can email our support team at support@navkanj.in with your Order ID, the product(s) you wish to return, and the reason.
Once your return request is approved, we will arrange a free reverse pickup from your address. Our courier partner will contact you to schedule the pickup. Please ensure the product is packed and ready in its original packaging.
1. Inspection After we receive your returned item at our warehouse, it will undergo a quality inspection. This process typically takes 3-5 business days.
2. Resolution (Refund or Exchange) Once the return is approved, we will process your request.
For a Full Refund:
Prepaid Orders: The refund will be credited back to your original payment method (Credit Card, Debit Card, Net Banking, UPI, etc.).
Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders: We will process the refund via NEFT to the bank account details you provide.
For an Exchange:
If you have requested an exchange for a different size or product, we will dispatch your new item free of charge after the original return has been inspected and approved.
We sincerely apologize for the error. Our team takes great care, but mistakes can happen.
