Q: How do I find my correct size?
We recommend checking our Size Chart available on every product page. Our kurta shirts are designed to blend traditional fits with modern style. If you are in between sizes, we generally suggest sizing up for a more comfortable, traditional fit.
Q: How should I care for my Navkanj kurta?
To maintain the quality and feel of our "Crafted with Culture" garments, we recommend:
Wash: Gentle machine wash or hand wash in cold water.
Dry: Hang dry in the shade. Avoid direct sunlight.
Iron: Use a warm iron. Always check the specific care label on your garment for the most accurate instructions.
Q: Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?
We process orders quickly (usually within 1-2 business days). If you need to modify or cancel your order, please contact us immediately at support@navkanj.in or call +919350824400 with your Order ID. We will do our best to accommodate your request if the order has not yet been dispatched from our warehouse.

Q: Is Cash on Delivery (COD) available for my location?
COD is available for most pin codes across India. You can check for COD availability by entering your pin code on the product page or during checkout.
Q: Is it safe to use my card on your website?
Yes. Your security is our top priority. All online payments are processed through a secure, encrypted payment gateway. Navkanj (SHRI SAHIB JI ENTERPRISES) does not store any of your sensitive payment information (like credit card numbers) on our servers.

Q: How much does shipping cost?
We are happy to offer FREE shipping on all orders across India. The price you see at checkout is the final price you pay.
Q: When will I receive my order?
After your order is processed (1-2 business days), the estimated delivery time is:
Metro Cities: 2-3 business days
Tier 2 & 3 Cities: 3-7 business days
North-East & J&K: 7-8 business days
Q: How can I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email and/or SMS with your tracking number and a link to our courier partner's tracking website. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking to become active.

Q: What is your return policy?
We have a 7-Day Easy Return & Exchange Policy. You have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange for any reason.
Q: How do I start a return or exchange?
It's simple!
Log in to your Navkanj account on our website.
Go to the "My Orders" section and select your order.
Click "Request Return/Exchange" and follow the steps. Alternatively, you can email us at support@navkanj.in with your Order ID.
Q: Is the return shipping free?
Yes! We offer a free reverse pickup for all eligible returns and exchanges.
Q: What are the conditions for a return?
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original, unused, unworn, and unwashed condition with all original tags and packaging intact.
Q: What if I receive a damaged or wrong item?
We are very sorry for the error! Please contact our support team at support@navkanj.in within 48 hours (2 days) of delivery. Be sure to include your Order ID and photos of the defect or wrong item. We will arrange a replacement or full refund for you immediately.
Q: How long does it take to get my refund?
After we receive and inspect your return (3-5 business days), we will process your refund.
Prepaid Orders: The refund will be credited back to your original payment method.
COD Orders: The refund will be processed via NEFT to your provided bank account.
